The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ideally experience working with/in finance, HR, strategic planning and marketing. Experience and comfort level with donor development and volunteer management strongly preferred. Prior roles involving community outreach/strong community network a plus. Prior non-profit director level experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.

VP COMMUNITY PROGRAMS - This retained search client is a pillar of the Rochester non-profit community. Due to a retirement, they are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years in public policy, law, philanthropy, social services or other related work. Prior significant supervisory/management experience required. Masters or equivalent preferred. Must be a hands on doer who can also lead a team. Executive presence and excellent communication skills required as this key executive will represent the organization to the community at many different levels.  

BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION ANALYST – Dynamic and growing international company on the far East side of Rochester seeks candidate with strong project leader/project management experience as well as process improvement experience. Must have experience working with the accounting modules of ERP systems. MBA preferred, BS required. Lean Six Sigma, Oracle, and/or global company experience preferred. Salary to $90k plus bonus.

OPERATIONAL COST ANALYST- Fast growing process manufacturing company seeks a candidate with strong operational cost accounting and strong ERP systems skills to help with operational metric reporting and preparation of management reports. BS and 5+yrs experience in manufacturing or working with manufacturing clients required. To $75K

DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING - Large private manufacturing company seeks a CPA or MBA with 7+yrs experience preparing financial statements, SAP (or comparable ERP exper), and strong management skills. East side location. Salary to $130k plus bonus.

CORPORATE TAX DIRECTOR - Due to tremendous growth, large publicly traded company seeks an experienced tax professional for a highly visible role in their tax department. CPA from Big 4/large local and/or 7+ years of experience in a large corporate environment preferred. Very competitive salary plus bonus based on experience. 

MANAGER OF CORPORATE ACCOUNTING - This client is a large publicly traded company looking for a CPA with 7+ years of experience with GAAP and strong supervisory skills. Salary to $88k plus bonus.

PAYROLL SUPERVISOR – Fast paced international company needs a solid and knowledgeable payroll professional to oversee a multi-state payroll function. Must be extremely accurate, detail oriented and hands on. Experience with ADP required and E-time preferred. BS preferred, min AAS required. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred. To $60k

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE- ITHACA - Large non-profit is looking to fill a regional finance role located in Ithaca, New York. Must have a BS in Accounting with 5+yrs experience preparing financial statements. Salary to $75K 

CORPORATE CONTROLLER- BUFFALO - Fast growing publicly traded client is looking for someone with a high tech background (software, internet, telecommunications) ideal candidate would be hands on in a medium sized company, Salary $140-150k base plus bonus and relocation and sign.

Bilingual in Chinese a plus.  To $115k plus 20% bonus. 

FINANCIAL ANALYST – ELMIRA – Supports the Manager/Director of Financial Reporting role above with quarterly and annual SEC reporting, monthly flash reports, consolidations, subsidiary accounting, SOX compliance, and budgeting.  BS Accounting and CPA required.  Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting required.  5+ years’ experience in related roles required; manufacturing industry experience a plus.  Bilingual in Chinese or German a plus. To $75k
