Operations Controller - New position due to explosive growth! Reporting directly to the CFO this position will work with the COO and regional VP’s advising them on burden rates and evaluate project bids.  Traveling 30% (50% at the start) of the time around the Northeast and providing financial leadership on job costing, bids and proposals. BS degree plus experience in construction or contracting industries with extensive hands on experience with job costing preferred. 
Director of Human Resources - CCY Exclusive & Retained Client – This is a new position due to tremendous growth. This key addition to the management team will be responsible for directing and overseeing both the daily tactical functions as well as long term strategic planning of the human resources and organizational development functions. Public accounting/corporate tax experience and CPA are required. 
Valuation Associate - Long-time client seeks an MBA with 3+ years of experience in engineering, accounting, and/or finance with solid financial statement analysis experience. Experience using complex statistical and quantitative analysis techniques (ex. Binomial Theorem, Monte Carlo) a plus. Must have expert Excel skills including pivot tables, V-lookups. Great opportunity for someone who loves to be immersed in the numbers, but also has strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the findings of their analysis.
