Senior Analyst, Risk and Compliance - Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Risk this position will maintain the company’s international compliance program and conduct branch audits as well as monitor ongoing trends and risk factors. This position will also facilitate the annual ERM project and review of risk registers as well as drafting internal audit reports. CPA and 3 + years of audit experience. Exposure to CSA 52-109 a huge plus! Must be willing to do up to 30% travel in Northeast US.
Tax Manager - Rapidly growing, international, publicly traded company needs an experienced tax professional who is solid in federal corporate tax, reviewing tax returns, and ideally has a mix of public accounting and large corporate tax experience. Straight public accounting tax with large corporate clients will be considered as well. Min 7+ years’ experience and BS Accounting required. MST/MBA + but not required. CPA strongly preferred.
Valuation Consultant - Long-time client seeks MBAs with 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance with solid financial statement analysis and/or financial modeling experience. Must have expert Excel skills including pivot tables, V-lookups. Great opportunity for someone who loves to be immersed in the numbers, but also has strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the findings of their analysis. Experience using complex statistical and quantitative analysis techniques (ex. Binomial Theorem, Monte Carlo) a plus. Base plus very lucrative bonus for solid producers. Great way to utilize both accounting and financial analytical knowledge/skills in one role.
