Partnering and reporting directly to the CFO this hands on financial manager will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, analysis and reporting as well as contract administration. BS in Accounting and 5+ years’ experience required. MBA, CPA or CMA is a plus. Tax Manager - Rapidly growing, international, publicly traded company needs an experienced tax professional who is solid in federal corporate tax, reviewing tax returns, and ideally has a mix of public accounting and large corporate tax experience. Straight public accounting tax with large corporate clients will be considered as well. Min 7+ years’ experience and BS Accounting required. MST/MBA + but not required. CPA strongly preferred.

Experience using complex statistical and quantitative analysis techniques (ex. Binomial Theorem, Monte Carlo) a plus. Must have expert Excel skills including pivot tables, V-lookups. Great opportunity for someone who loves to be immersed in the numbers, but also has strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the findings of their analysis.
